The usual answer to parent communication is a parent app. In practice that means an install rate somewhere below half, a support burden on the office, and a set of parents who still have to be phoned.
EduTask takes the other route. Attendance alerts, fee reminders, results and notices go out over WhatsApp, SMS and email — channels parents already use and already read — sent from the same platform that holds the underlying records, so a fee reminder reflects the actual outstanding balance at the moment it is sent.
There is no parent login in EduTask, so there is nothing for your office to provision, reset or explain. Message credits and gateway charges are billed by those providers on their own usage.
