No. Pricing is per active user account, which covers students, teachers, administrators, accounts staff and any other authorised institutional user. An institution with a large staff and a small roll pays differently from one with the reverse.

An active EduTask account with a login. Billing counts the accounts that are active during the month, so deactivating a leaver removes them from the next invoice.

No. EduTask has no separate parent login, so there is nothing to bill. Parents receive attendance, fee, result and notice updates over WhatsApp, SMS and email instead.

Yes. Subscriptions are billed for a minimum of 300 users, so below that headcount the monthly cost is a flat floor rather than a per-user charge. On Essential that is ₹3,540 a month including GST.

No. The ₹10 / ₹20 / ₹30 rates are exclusive of GST, and 18% is added to every invoice.

Not currently. Subscriptions run on a monthly cycle, with an invoice raised at the start of each month against the users active in it.

Yes. Plans can move up or down, and the change is reflected from the next billing cycle.

No. Those are third-party services billed on their own usage — message credits, gateway transaction charges and RFID hardware are separate from the EduTask subscription. We will set out what applies to your setup before you commit.
