EduTask is built and operated by Arianus TechnoCraft Private Limited, a software company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We make one thing: a cloud platform that runs the daily administration of an educational institution — admissions, attendance, fees, examinations and communication with parents.
An institution's records do not sit in one place by accident. Admissions data, attendance registers, fee receipts and mark sheets are usually spread across separate registers, spreadsheets and whichever software was bought for each job. EduTask exists so that they sit in one system, with one login per person and one set of permissions deciding who can see what.
The platform ships as 56 modules across administration, students, academics, attendance, examinations, fees, communication, staff, library, transport, hostel, security, analytics and integrations. An institution turns on the ones it uses. Staff work from the browser; parents and students use the Android and iOS apps.
Schools
Class and section structure, guardians, daily diary, transport and hostel, term examinations and report cards, and fee collection with receipts against a class-wise fee structure.
Colleges
Semester and session structure rather than a school year: subject registration, semester results with SGPA and CGPA, backlog tracking, and fee heads that follow the semester.
Institutes
Batch-based enrolment, course scheduling, computer-based tests and question banks, with the same attendance, fee and communication tooling as the other two.
Every institution runs on its own database rather than sharing one with a filter applied. It is the strongest separation guarantee we can offer, and the security page states it alongside the things we deliberately do not claim.
Read the security pageThe module list behind our features page was checked against the permission catalog entry by entry, and three capabilities that had been advertised without an implementation were removed rather than left up. A feature is listed when it ships.
See the module directoryThe per-user price, the GST that is added to it and the minimum billable headcount are all published, because the invoice is generated from those same numbers. There is no figure on the pricing page that the billing system contradicts.
